Shipping Policy

Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days, Monday through Friday. Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. Rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

We currently only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Carriers

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping orders within the United States. The carrier used for your order will depend on the shipping method selected and your location.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship all orders promptly, please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or high order volumes. We will notify you promptly of any delays affecting your order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@ceesilky.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order. 

Delivery Confirmation and Refunds

Once an order has been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier, we consider the order fulfilled. In the event that your order tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that have been marked as delivered.
