<p>All orders placed through <strong>CeeSilkySmooth LLC</strong> are shipped via trusted carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and include <strong>standard insurance coverage</strong> provided by the shipping carrier.</p>
<p>Once an order is marked as <strong>“Delivered”</strong> by the carrier, <strong>CeeSilkySmooth LLC is no longer responsible</strong> for the package. This includes theft, misplacement, or delivery to the wrong address.</p>

<h3>🛡️ Shipping Insurance Coverage</h3>
<p>Each package is <strong>insured through the shipping carrier</strong> up to their insured value. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen <strong>before it is marked as delivered</strong>, you may be eligible for reimbursement <strong>directly through the carrier</strong>.</p>
